One of the great keys to living a great life is avoiding worries, stress and tension. Whatever you can not do anything about don't worry about. Have you heard of the saying that, "slow and steady wins the race" ? Do not over labor yourself. A great day is not measured by the number of things done, but how the action will add to your productivity level in the long run. Most people just for the sake of earning a living, they actually forget to live. Don't ever be too busy that you don't have time for yourself. Take some time off today. You need a break. The idea that will change your life will not come when you are stressed out. Stress kills the brain cells and believe me, being stressed out is not a good idea for you. When you are in a haste, order is out of place. He that believes shall not make haste. Therefore take a rest, off your shoes and stretch your legs on the table...lol. Take a nap, go to the beach, feel the breeze outside. Make yourself comfortable and avoid stress. Am not saying "be lazy". In fact am talking to the hard worker and goal setter who refuses to rest.
