That is the new emblem i want you to put on. Be a man mighty in speech and deeds. You've been talking too much all these years,now is the time to back up your words with action. Actions are not fully effective without words to explain what you are doing, in the same vain words are useless without a corresponding action in line with the things you are saying.
Words are things, therefore take actions that to make those things a reality.
